Teak Shower Bench

I love looking at a good teak shower bench. It seems like every time I go to do a new search for them, I find a different style and make. Craftsmen who make these fine pieces of furniture just never seem to run out of ideas. I want to review a few of the nicer teak shower benches that I have seen online so that you have some idea of what you might expect while you're looking to buy one for your shower.

The first one I want to look at is a fairly high-end model and it is on Amazon.com labeled teak oval shower bench. This is a really nice bench with a slotted top which allows the water to run through, and is available from an external website and not on Amazon itself. It is truly a beautiful little piece of furniture with the dimensions of 24 inches wide by 17 1/2 inches deep by 16 inches high. The size makes it perfect for a medium to large bathroom as well as for any outdoor use like beside a pool or a spa. There is some assembly required but this is pretty normal for things that are shipped. It is priced at $175 on Amazon which might be a little higher than the actual website but you make your decision on where you buy.

The next teak shower bench that I want to talk about is a nice little 16" x 14" Burmese teak bench seat that is found on teakworks4u.com. This is a fashionable little seat that has foldout X. braced legs. It is really a solid little design and doesn't look like a whole lot but in actuality it is. The legs lock into place so that there is no danger of them slipping and falling. The overall measurements are 14" x 16" x 17 -3/4 inches high. As with most teak it is designed to last in any type of moist environment and constructed the last a lifetime. It is built with nonskid rubber pads on the base to help with not sliding around and folds up into a convenient little size makes it easy to store anywhere you like.

There is another one on this website called the baby bench. It is a cute little teak shower stool that measures 11" x 9" x 16" tall. This unit is perfect for any type of small bathroom but the only downside is it is rated to only 200 pounds. That isn't a whole lot if you're a bigger fellow like I am. This priced at around $99 which for a piece of valuable teak furniture that's can last you a lifetime it's a pretty fair deal.

I think that I'm to stop here as you can see there are lots of different makes and models of teak shower benches on the market like I said earlier. I think that Amazon.com probably has some of the best price is, but if you want a true guarantee from a company that can stand behind their work then probably teak works for you is going to be your best site.
